Prior to the meeting, write the “Word of the Week” on the whiteboard.

State your role: “The role of the grammarian is to report on word usage and grammar used throughout the meeting. The word of the week I have chosen is ……. “
Give the definition of the word and use it in a sentence, and encourage members and visitors to use this word throughout the meeting.
